Currently under construction, this 72-unit condominium development, is located on a cul de sac close to the center of Uxbridge. These homes are being built on 36 plus acres to create a relaxed, olde New England, village-type atmosphere. Construction of Liberty Estates commenced in early 2003 and is expected to be completed and fully occupied by the end of 2005.  Scenic view

Dale Woods - Auburn, Massachusetts
15 homes built on this 7 plus acres. The structures were built in clusters consisting of three and four unit buildings. They offer every luxury an owner would want without the high costs of maintenance. Every feature was designed and offered to satisfy the desire of the customer who has become accustomed to or dreamed of having a luxurious home. The development was sold out in 2003.  Scenic view
